Listen to me, all who hope for deliverance—all who seek the LORD!

Isaiah 51:1a

When the discipline is over, the season of hardship has ended trusting God again can be difficult. He’s encouraging them to trust Him… again.

In trusting the Lord we:

Look back at God’s faithfulness

• Consider how far He has brought you
• All who seek Him are delivered

Look up to Him

• His righteousness will not ever end.

Listen up to Him for encouragement

• You cherish my law.
• Don’t be afraid.
• Salvation continues from generation to generation

Pray up to the Him

• Lord, clothe yourself the strength.
• Flex your mighty arm
• Rouse yourself like days of old.

Have I been living in a place of captivity because of disobedience?

Yet even now, be free from your captivity! Leave Babylon and the Babylonians.
Isaiah 48:20a

When, through obedience, I could have been experiencing peace flowing like a gentle river and righteousness rolling like waves in the sea.

What does God have to sovereignly allow, so that I might know Him?

Then you will know that I am the LORD. Those who trust in me will never be put to shame.”
Isaiah 49:23b

Trust Him again.
