Scripture:

PSALM 61-62, PSALM 64-67

All The Nations

May the nations praise you, O God. Yes, may all the nations praise you.

Psalm 67:5

My Takeaways

Something Old

God’s heart and plan is for all the ends of the earth. For all the people of the earth to know Him… that no one should perish.

All people of the world need

  • God’s mercy, blessing, and His light to shine on them so they can walk out of the darkness and deception.
  • God’s saving power and gift of eternal life.
  • God’s joy to replace the temporary happiness this world offers.

Then the earth will yield its harvest, and God, our God will richly bless us.
‍
Psalm 67:6

Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.
Matthew 28:19-20

Something New

Psalm 67 is a missional Psalm.

And wow, does Warren Wiersbe have a way with words.

"If every believer did what you do about missions, would all the people of the earth be praising the Lord?" - Warren Wiersbe

Ouch!
