O LORD, I give my life to you.
I trust in you, my God!
Do not let me be disgraced,
or let my enemies rejoice in my defeat.
No one who trusts in you will ever be disgraced,
but disgrace comes to those who try to deceive others.

Show me the right path, O LORD;
point out the road for me to follow.
Lead me by your truth and teach me,
for you are the God who saves me.
All day long I put my hope in you.

• We say the words all the time. 
• We “give our life” to God. 
• Do we really mean it, or are we just using “churchy” words? 
• How do we live a life consecrated to God?
• For those in Christ, the only acceptable worship is to offer ourselves completely to the Lord. 
• When we do this, we yield control to God. 
• Romans 6:12-13

• Romans 12:1-2
• We live a life not conformed to the world. 
• 1 John 2:15-16
• We understand the power of God’s Word to transform us. 
• We hear the Word. Romans 10:17
• We read the Word. Revelation 1:3
• We study the Word. Acts 17:11
• We memorize the Word. Psalm 119:9-11
• We meditate on the Word. Psalm 1:2-3
• This is now we are transformed. 
• This is how we offer God our lives. 
• The will of God is for every believer to bemolded into the likeness of Jesus.
