Conference Sponsorship

Word Up Ministries is a 501-3(c) non-profit organization. Your conference sponsorship is considered a tax-deductible gift. Sponsors enable us to enhance the guest experience by helping us to off-set the cost of the conference:

• Conference bag— pens, tissues, mints, goodies, lanyards
• Speaker Accommodations (Our speakers are generously serving without compensation.)

We have several levels of sponsorships available.

Conference Booth

Cost: $150

• Includes a ministry item of your choice for our conference swag bag
• A table for your ministry
• Receiving and return shipping of items

Your responsibilities:

• If you wish to send your items to Ridgcrest please complete the Vendor Information Form
• Cash bag and register (i.e. PayPal)
• Volunteers to work table
• Complete Vendor Registration Form
• Provide a return shipping label and shipping cost (We will ship items back for you.)
