If people are causing divisions among you, give a first and second warning. After that, have nothing more to do with them.

Advice from Paul and Adam.
This might be easier to do if you don’t have a personal relationship with the individual, but what if this person is a close personal friend or family member?
Timothy and I have something in common. We both had a mother and grandmother who were faithful to the Lord and passed their love for the Lord on to me.
Hold fast to my faith, even if it means walking away.
