I can see why Charles Spurgeon called the psalms, David’s Treasury.” I could fill the pages of my notebook with insights.

What do I say to myself?

David teaches the power of our:

• Our thoughts: can ignite us.
• Our silence: not speaking good things can cause turmoil.
• Our prayer: can change our perspective.

Thinking and silence can bring harm to me. I must release all my thoughts and feelings to God. He can handle them, help me process them, and adjust my perspective through the lens.
