I am tired of living among people who hate peace.

This is so comforting, and most definitely generates peace in me.
The LORD keeps watch over you as you come and go, both now and forever.
Psalm 121:8
God might not change your circumstances, but will sustain you through them.
- Find something to be thankful for, and rejoice in it.
Always be full of joy in the Lord. I say it again—rejoice! Let everyone see that you are considerate in all you do. Remember, the Lord is coming soon.
Philippians 4:4-5
