Hiding hatred makes you a liar;slandering others makes you a fool.Too much talk leads to sin.Be sensible and keep your mouth shut.The words of the godly are like sterling silver;the heart of a fool is worthless.The words of the godly encourage many,but fools are destroyed by their lack of common sense.

• Wise people know how to use words.
• Foolish people have a heart of dislike; and hide it with deception.
• Foolish people utter slander.
• Christians slander to make ourselves look better.
• Christians slander to make ourselves feel better.
• Christians slander accidentally.
• Be careful! Guard your heart!
• Christians slander with our keyboards.
• Watch what you share!
• Be known for loving God.
• Wise people speak less and more carefully.
• Think about how to use your words to contribute and build up.
• Wise people know that words reveal character.
