I will proclaim the name of the LORD; how glorious is our God! He is the Rock; his deeds are perfect. Everything he does is just and fair. He is a faithful God who does no wrong; how just and upright he is!
Deuteronomy 32:3-4
What do I proclaim when things don’t turn out like I thought?
- I will proclaim the name of the LORD; how glorious is our God! He is the Rock; his deeds are perfect. Everything he does is just and fair. He is a faithful God who does no wrong; how just and upright he is!
Deuteronomy 32:3-4
Moses sets a high standard for the response when things don’t turn out like we thought they should or would.
- Immovable: incapable of being moved; fixed
- Righteous: acting in an upright, moral way
- Faithful: reliable, trusted, or believed
- Perfect: entirely without any flaws; accurate, exact, or correct in every detail
- Just: guided by truth, reason, justice, and fairness
I love connecting themes in the Bible!
- LORD, through all the generations you have been our home!
Psalm 90:1
- Jesus replied, “All who love me will do what I say. My Father will love them, and we will come and make our home with each of them.“
John 14:23
- Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Your roots will grow down into God’s love and keep you strong.
Ephesians 3:17
