You have six days each week for your ordinary work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath day of complete rest, an official day for holy assembly. It is the LORD’s Sabbath day, and it must be observed wherever you live.
Leviticus 23:3

Meeting together on a regular basis:

• Reminds us of His wonder, might, love, and mercy in our lives.
• Feeds the soul the spiritual nourishment needed to grow strong in the Lord.
• Strengthens relationships with other Christians.
• Enables us to work together to build the kingdom of God.
• Helps us remember the Lord with a heart of gratitude.
• Resets our emotions and thoughts on God.

Go to church, at all costs, break down all obstacles

• And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near.

I think it’s interesting that a story of an example of punishment is in the middle of the Festival Requirements. (Leviticus 23:29)

He is worthy of it all! Worship Him!
