My Take Aways

Something Old

Agrippa interrupted him. “Do you think you can persuade me to become a Christian so quickly?”

Acts 26:28

Something New

  • Paul was arrested by the Roman government.
  • Paul is sent before four men: Ananias, Felix, Festus, and Agrippa.
  • Ananias is the High Priest, and head of the Sanhedrin.
  • Felix is the Roman governor over Palestine.
  • Festus is the Roman governor that replaced Felix.
  • Agrippa is Herod Agrippa, grandson of Herod the Great, and the king over the area.
  • All of these men will have a part in sending Paul to Rome to Nero.
  • But God was in charge of it all.
  • God’s plan was that Paul bring the Gospel into the halls of the Gentile government.
  • Genesis 22:18
  • 2 Samuel 7:16
  • Paul never pulled back from his mission.
  • Paul never stopped.
  • Paul was faithful.
  • Paul was bold.
  • Be encouraged to be the same.

Something To Do

Be encouraged. Be faithful. Be bold.
