One hundred twenty people

• trusted what Jesus said.
• waited.
• changed the world.

What do I do when Jesus says wait?

• Twiddle my thumbs.
• Turn away in the delay.
• Take matters in my hands.

In my “upper room”:

• Focus on the Person of faith, rather than the object of our wait.
• Look with anticipation, rather than doubting it will happen.
• Do what you know to do, until you know to do something else.

The impact of our obedience today will be felt in the tomorrows.
