God had made promises to Abram.
He had promised a place….land.
He had promised a people…a nation.
He had promised a purpose…to be a blessing.
He had promised a position…an instrument of the blessing.
Abram doubted.
God in His lovingkindness, came to Abram to confirm the promise.
In the middle of stars and silence, Abram believed.
