Then he hung the curtains forming the courtyard around the Tabernacle and the altar. And he set up the curtain at the entrance of the courtyard. So at last Moses finished the work.
Exodus 40:33

Moses could no longer enter the Tabernacle because the cloud had settled down over it, and the glory of the Lord filled the Tabernacle.

• Moses had accomplished completely what God told him to build.
• Completed: kalah; to accomplish, be complete, be accomplished, be ended, be at an end, be finished, be spent.

• Do we finish the work God has given us to do?

• Are we walking in fruitfulness or in worthless works?
• John 15:16
• The Tabernacle was placed in their midst as a visible and concrete picture of the presence of God.
• God chose a visible presence as a symbol of an invisible God.
• The people had a constant reminder of the work they were called to do…and we will see that in detail in the book of Leviticus.
